Amsted Canada/Griffin Wheel is hiring experienced Journeyman Industrial Mechanics (Millwrights) - Red Seal. Griffin Wheel - Winnipeg is the North American Leader in the manufacture of high-quality freight and diesel engine wheels to the railroad industry. We currently have openings for individuals with a valid Journeyman Industrial Mechanic ticket. The successful candidate must have at least 3 years of industrial experience with emphasis on hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors systems. As a professional, you are committed to working safely and efficiently. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment and excel at the challenge of problem assessment, problem solving and timely repairs. You have a friendly disposition and possess effective communication skills. We value experience, problem‑solving, and craftsmanship—not micromanagement.
