What The Day Will Look Like As part of a premier group, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions supporting our pension consulting team. Provide consulting services and technical support to various clients; Produce and review pension-specific calculations, such as actuarial valuations, improvement studies and projections; Review of pension-specific benefit calculations according to the guidelines and methods established in the case of: termination of service, retirement, death, marriage breakdown; Preparation of annual reports, financial reports and statements for participants according to established standards and procedures; Prepare reports and letters and participate in other projects in the field; Engage in crafting effective oral presentations for existing and potential clients. Do this alone or with team members during business development and account management. Engage in the creation of IT tools to improve efficiency How This Opportunity Is Different Our highly collaborative team is empowered to drive innovation through the development of actuarial tools to improve efficiency. The associate will also be involved in crafting solutions and efficiently delivering on more complex tasks and projects. You will have the ability to work closely with and to learn from experts in the industry. Skills And Experience That Will Lead To Success Relevant professional experience of 1 to 2 years; Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint); French / English bilingualism is required due to the frequent interactions with clients, colleagues, or partners based in Quebec, other Canadian provinces and/or internationally. Reacts voluntarily, quickly and efficiently to a changing work environment, priorities and situations Shows the ability to prioritize and efficiently balance multiple demands in an environment with tight deadlines; Demonstrates applied learning by continually improving their own contribution, as well as demonstrating team spirit; Ability to quickly identify challenges, opportunities and alternatives; Logical and efficient person, with attention to detail; Generates creative approaches for operational improvement and thinks creatively; Respond willingly, quickly and effectively to changing work environments, demands and circumstances; Demonstrate skill in managing competing demands and setting priorities when deadlines are tight; Demonstrate skill in effectively identifying problems, opportunities and alternative solutions; Demonstrate rational and well-organized behaviour with attention to detail; Generate creative approaches to improve processes Act collaboratively with colleagues and demonstrate team spirit. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance or Business Administration; or years of equivalent work experience in a relevant sector. Exigences

Requires a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Actuarial Science, Finance, or Business Administration with 1-2 years of relevant experience. Candidates must be bilingual in English and French and be pursuing Fellowship with the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.
