General Manager Halton $150-160K + Bonus Our client is a well established manufacturing organization seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a multi-department operation and drive overall business performance. Key Responsibilities: Lead multiple departments including Operations, Production, Quality, Finance, HR and Sales Drive KPIs, profitability, productivity and continuous improvement Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and close operational gaps Lead and coach management teams while fostering accountability Oversee customer, supplier and operational relationships Support strategic planning, budgeting, capital investments and business growth Ensure strong Health & Safety, quality and compliance standards Ideal Candidate: 10+ years of management experience in manufacturing Proven experience leading multiple functions/departments Strong process improvement and operational leadership background ERP experience required Manufacturing experience; conveyor/belting experience is an asset Business degree or college education Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills Valid G licence with clean driving record Disclaimer: This is currently for an active job opportunity.
