Join us this fall and work alongside passionate winemakers in one of the most scenic wine regions in Canada. About the Role As a Grape Sorter, you'll be a key player in the winemaking process. You'll work on the sorting line during harvest, ensuring only the highest-quality grapes make it into our wines. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role that’s ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, a great team atmosphere, and being immersed in nature. Key Responsibilities Sort and remove leaves, stems, underripe or damaged grapes from freshly harvested fruit Operate and monitor sorting equipment under guidance Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of sorting area and tools Work closely with the cellar and vineyard team to support harvest operations Uphold quality and safety standards at all times Work Environment Outdoor and indoor work, primarily on the crush pad with sweeping views of the lake and vineyards Must be comfortable standing for long periods and working in varying weather conditions Harvest typically runs from mid September to end of October, with extended or flexible hours during peak times What We’re Looking For No previous experience required—just a great attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work efficiently in a team setting Physically fit and able to lift up to 30 lbs Punctual, reliable, and attentive to detail Enthusiasm for wine and a love for the outdoors is a bonus!
