Lead new-client onboarding and implementation of Club Unity's golf tee-sheet software, including training, deployment scheduling, and guidance on effective workflows. Provide ongoing first-level support, diagnose common issues, escalate complex technical problems, and maintain and adapt customer training and support materials.

Manage the Club’s day-to-day accounting, including bookkeeping, payables and receivables, deposits, bank reconciliations, month-end entries, and government remittances. Support financial statement preparation, audits, budget monitoring, financial reporting, document archiving, and administrative work for management.

Plan, coordinate, write, and distribute internal and external communications for the Club, its Foundation, and Academy, including newsletters, event messages, official publications, and website and intranet content. Track communication performance, administer member and employee surveys, report on results, and recommend improvements.
