The senior project manager will lead the design, coordination, and execution of building mechanical systems for the ALTO infrastructure project. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, costs, and risks while overseeing technical teams and ensuring compliance with energy efficiency and sustainability goals. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. A minimum of 8 years of experience in building mechanics, project management, and BIM environments is required, along with PMP or CAMP certification.
