The team lead will oversee transportation planning projects, manage project lifecycles, and ensure high-quality deliverables while meeting client expectations. They are also responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing the team while contributing to business growth and service proposals. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with a specialization in transportation and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec. A minimum of 10 years of experience in traffic or transportation planning projects, along with strong team and project management skills, is required.
