The engineer will conduct hydrological and hydraulic studies, including water balance and flood routing, to support mining water management projects. They will also design hydraulic structures such as ditches, basins, and pumping stations while providing site supervision and project management. Candidates must hold a university degree in civil engineering with a specialization in hydrology or hydraulics and be a member of the Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec. A minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant experience and proficiency in software like PCSWMM, HEC-HMS, and HEC-RAS are required.
