The Stationary Machinery Mechanic will operate and maintain building equipment while ensuring optimal energy efficiency and safety compliance. Responsibilities include performing equipment inspections, conducting water analysis, and executing both preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. Candidates must hold a professional diploma (DEP) in stationary machinery mechanics and a class 4B or higher qualification certificate. A minimum of three years of relevant experience and proficiency with maintenance management software are required.
