From sushi and teppanyaki to classic stir-fries and dumplings, we offer a wide range of traditional and modern Asian cuisine. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Kitchen Helper to join our back-of-house team. Job Summary: As a Kitchen helper, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that every plate is made with consistency, accuracy, and care. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and Chinese dishes, including grilled items, noodles, stir-fries, and appetizers * Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines * Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift Requirements: * Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic * Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Opportunities: * Staff meals and discounts * Opportunities for growth and advancement * A respectful and team-oriented workplace

Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and Chinese dishes following standardized recipes and plating guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure consistency and accuracy in every dish.
