From sushi and teppanyaki to classic stir-fries and dumplings, we offer a wide range of traditional and modern Asian cuisine. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sushi bar helper to join our back-of-house team. Job Summary: As a Sushi Bar Helper, you’ll be responsible for preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards. You'll work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that every plate is made with consistency, accuracy, and care. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and Chinese dishes including sushi, grilled items, noodles, stir-fries, and appetizers * Ensure all food is cooked to the proper temperature and presented neatly * Follow standardized recipes, portion control, and plating guidelines * Maintain a clean and organized station throughout the shift Requirements: * Proven experience as a line cook, preferably in Asian cuisine * Team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic * Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Opportunities: * Staff meals and discounts * Opportunities for growth and advancement * A respectful and team-oriented workplace

Prepare and cook a variety of Japanese and Chinese dishes including sushi, noodles, and stir-fries according to standardized recipes. Maintain a clean and organized workstation while ensuring food is cooked to proper temperatures and presented neatly.

Proven experience as a line cook, preferably in Asian cuisine, is required. Candidates must be team players capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
