What you’ll do Joining the Human Resources team means getting up-close and personal with the talent that is transforming Bell. You’ll gain exposure to different HR functions through real-business projects, developing the skills needed to become future Bell HR leaders who make a lasting impact. Upon completion of the program, you will have the knowledge, skills, network, and breadth of experience needed to become the next generation of HR leaders at Bell. To provide the ideal career path for you, rotational job experiences will be assigned based on preferences, skills, development opportunities, and business needs. With our Grad program you will build your Human Resource knowledge through a total of 4 rotations and real, business-related projects, which may include roles within: Talent Acquisition Organizational Development Compensation Digital HR HR Analytics and Reporting Mental Health and Accessibility Disability Management Project Management Labour Relations Human Resources Services Business Unit or People Leader support Education and Eligibility Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, or college diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Management programs or a related field completed before the program start date. You are aligned with working in-person at a Toronto or Montreal-based Bell office location a minimum of 3 days per week. We value in-person collaboration and believe working in-office is the best way to establish meaningful relationships, build your network, and interact with our Leadership Team. Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities, leverage customer insights, and support decision-making. Ability to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance productivity, effectiveness, and decision-making. Collaborative approach and appreciation for diverse perspectives and inclusive teamwork. Demonstrated leadership through academic projects, student organizations, case competitions, volunteer work, athletics, extracurricular activities, or professional experiences.
