FOOD SERVICE OPERATIONS SUPPORT SPECIALIST Join Team Bento and be a part of our group of companies which operates more than 12000 locations globally. Job Responsibilities: Bento Sushi is seeking a proactive Operation Support Specialist to enhance the operations of our franchise locations. This role will focus on supporting store teams to ensure excellence in merchandising, product quality, food safety, and customer service. Franchisee Support: Conduct daily visits to franchise locations to ensure adherence to Bento Sushi’s standards for product quality, food safety, and customer service. Provide hands-on support to address operational gaps, working closely with the Regional Manager and Director for follow-up. Franchise Re-training: Support franchisees by providing re-training to address operational challenges and ensure adherence to brand standards. This role focuses on assisting franchises in maintaining consistency and improving performance. Emergency Support: Assist the operations team by covering emergency shifts, maintaining smooth operations and service levels during staffing shortages. New Store Openings & Transitions: Support major new store openings and transitions, ensuring operational needs are met for a seamless launch. Special Event Support: Assist during major company events and initiatives. Communication with the operation and HQ: Maintain clear communication with operations and HQ. Relay franchise feedback to the operations team to ensure timely support from managers or HQ as needed. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of multi-unit management experience, preferably in the foodservice, QSR, or franchise industry. Strong communication, training, and leadership skills. Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and solve problems effectively. Ability to travel within an assigned region and work flexible hours — including evenings, weekends, and unplanned or extended schedules — to support operational needs across multiple locations. Reliable access to a car and a valid driver’s license.
