Grower Advisor We are looking for a Grower Advisor who will act as a strategic technical leader across Canada, driving customer success, supporting sales teams, and contributing to innovation across the organization. Are you ready for this challenge? JOB SUMMARY: Advise reps and customers on mix/product selection and trials, support setup, interpret results, and provide clear, actionable recommendations; Deliver fast, high‑quality technical support, lead or assist investigations related to customer complaints, manage Certificate of Analysis (COA) follow‑ups, and propose solutions that protect customer outcomes. Provide impactful training (Masterclasses, district sessions, new hire onboarding) and represent the company at industry events and technical presentations. Act as the main technical link for assigned R&D projects, translating findings into practical insights and coordinating trials with customers and universities. Share technical learnings and market trends internally, support sales meetings, contribute to complex custom mix requests (CMRs), and build strong relationships with key accounts.. QUALIFICATIONS : Degree in agronomy, horticultural sciences, or a related field. Extensive experience (ideally 10+ years) in horticulture, greenhouse production, or grower support. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; able to remain calm and solution‑oriented in challenging situations. Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with customers, sales teams, and internal departments. Comfortable presenting at events, leading training sessions, and representing the company professionally. Bilingualism (spoken and written French) is an asset.
