Do you enjoy working outdoors and maintaining equipment? Field Equipment Mechanic We are looking for a Field Equipment Mechanic for our Deer Lake Site. (Pine Dock, MB) The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment in the field. This role requires strong mechanical expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. Job Summary Perform daily maintenance on tractors and equipment; Carry out repairs and perform preventative maintenance; Diagnose and maintain power transmissions, as well as hydraulic, pneumatic, and vacuum systems; Complete approved work orders according to the established schedule. Ensure repairs are completed efficiently. Qualifications Training or experience in mechanics is required; Experience with agricultural equipment is an asset; You have a strong mechanical aptitude; You have basic welding knowledge; You work quickly and efficiently; You can prioritize tasks and stay organized.
