Manage full-cycle accounting for a portfolio of commercial and residential properties, including tenant accounting, lease-related billing, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Support budgeting and forecasting, coordinate with external auditors, and help improve accounting systems, processes, and controls.
