Job Title: Bilingual Talent Acquisition Consultant / Recruiter (English & French) Employment Type: Contract Duration: September 2027 Location: Toronto/ Waterloo/ Montreal Ideal Rate: $35- $37 on T4 (Based on Experience) (Hybrid — 1 day/week onsite) Must haves: 2–3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience Full fluency in both English and French (mandatory) Strong talent sourcing and candidate engagement skills Experience managing full-cycle recruitment Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment ATS experience (Workday is an asset) Corporate or agency recruitment experience is preferred Note: AI-enabled tools may be used to sort applications based on job-related criteria.
