Big Hearts First Aid & Little Lungs First Aid provide high-quality first aid training and safety solutions across Alberta. We’re expanding and seeking Territory Sales Representatives for Edmonton and Calgary. The Role As our Territory Sales Representative, you will: Handle and convert warm inbound leads from website inquiries and phone calls. Build new opportunities through consultative, relationship-based sales. Listening to client needs and recommending the right training solutions. Conduct outside sales activities including in-person visits, networking, and community outreach. Attend local events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote our services. Nurture client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business. Collaborate with the Business Development Manager and sales team to share insights and strategies. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who: Excels in consultative, client-focused selling. Someone who listens first and sells by solving problems. Enjoys outside sales including meeting clients, attending events, and representing the company face-to-face. Has experience in sales, customer service, or client management. Is approachable, organized, and self-motivated to meet goals. Has strong communication skills and a professional presence. Holds a valid driver’s license and can travel within Northern Alberta.
