Permanent Full Time Monday to Friday ? 7 hours/day Wabasca, Alberta Bigstone Health Commission is seeking an experienced, highly detailed oriented Executive Assistant with strong administrative and organizational skills to join our talented Health Team. This is a rewarding opportunity if you have an appreciation for First Nations culture, a desire for continuing professional development and enjoy the support and collaboration from our multidisciplinary team and various other professionals and agencies. *Duties and Responsibilities* * Provide administrative support and assistance to the Director of Community Wellness including but not limited to taking minutes, scheduling interviews and meetings, travel arrangements, report planning and other office duties. * Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and computer application) * Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office ? Word, Excel, Outlook) * Demonstrate ability to perform detailed work accurately and timely, independently, with minimal supervision, and collaboratively as part of a team * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and adapt to changing situations and conditions * Assist with the development of meeting and communication materials * Participate in internal/ external events * Maintaining absolute confidentiality and discretion is imperative. * Maintain compliance with all policies and procedures * Ability to travel; ability to work outside regular hours when required (weekend/evenings) * Other duties as requested *Qualifications:* * Post-Secondary Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Administration, or related fields from a recognized institution or a minimum of two (2) years equivalent experience * Ability to speak Cree is considered an asset * Must have excellent organizational skills * Strong ability to multi-task * Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral * Current Certificates in CPR Level C, First Aid, and WHIMIS or willing to take training. * Valid Class 5 Driver?s License *Benefits:* ?
