What will you be doing? * Load, run and unload dish machine. * Wash dishes using sink method. * Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately. * Monitor dish machine water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycle. * Wash and store all kitchenware. * Keep dish room clean and organized. * Bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster at designed times. * Maintain adequate levels of dish detergents and cleaning supplies. * Assist with receiving and shipping if required. * Clean ovens and industrial kitchen equipment as required. * General cleaning duties. * Attends all scheduled employee meetings and brings suggestions for improvement. * Other tasks as required by management or leadership. What are we looking for? * Ability to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time. * Heavy lifting. * Adapt easily to working in different situations. * Ability to communicate clearly and effectively. * Friendly, outgoing, service-oriented attitude. * Good knowledge of dish machine operations and cleaning maintenance. * Must have previous experience in a high-volume restaurant. * Flexible to work various shifts (including days, evening and weekends).
