Purpose of the Role Reporting to the International Division, the International Logistics Coordinator plays a key role in coordinating and optimizing logistics operations related to our international licensed partners and La Vie en Rose Trading activities. The incumbent oversees the flow of goods, production, and orders through to final delivery, working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders, 3PL warehouses, and internal teams. They ensure compliance with timelines, customs and regulatory requirements, and operational standards while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Conduct daily follow-ups with suppliers regarding ocean freight bookings for overseas purchase orders destined for our international licensed partners; Work closely with the designated freight forwarder to coordinate and approve bookings related to purchase orders for international licensed partners, monitor shipments, and proactively resolve issues that could lead to delays or operational challenges; Review and validate supplier invoices, freight invoices, and other logistics-related documents; Assist in coordinating shipments from our 3PL distribution center to the final destination for licensed partners, ensuring compliance with country-specific laws and regulations while maintaining a continuous flow of merchandise based on delivery schedules and partner requirements; Generate commercial documentation required by licensed partners for customs clearance at destination; Coordinate logistics activities related to orders and shipments for all La Vie en Rose Trading products, from order preparation through final delivery; Produce required monthly and annual reports to support financial reconciliations related to La Vie en Rose Trading activities; Collaborate with internal teams, including Purchasing, Design, Distribution Center, Accounts Payable, and Finance, to ensure smooth operations; Maintain effective communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, carriers, licensed partners, and other external stakeholders; Identify operational issues, perform necessary follow-ups, and recommend solutions to minimize impacts on delivery timelines and shipments; Analyze logistics data and performance indicators, contributing to the continuous improvement of transportation, distribution, and order management processes; Support the International Division team with various projects and related tasks as required. Your Profile Organization and Prioritization: You manage multiple files simultaneously, meet deadlines, and remain organized in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration and Communication: You work effectively with internal and external stakeholders and communicate confidently in both French and English. Attention to Detail: You are detail-oriented, ensure accurate follow-ups, and consistently adhere to established procedures. Autonomy, Analysis, and Judgment: You work independently, analyze situations effectively, and make sound decisions. Relevant Education and Experience: You have training in logistics, supply chain, administration, or a related field, along with experience in logistics, operations, or international transportation coordination. Ability to Work Under Pressure: You thrive in a deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high standard of work quality. Requirements College diploma in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience); 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, product coordination, or production; Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Bilingual in French and English (essential for communication with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and licensed partners); Knowledge of apparel, sleepwear, or lingerie industry (an asset); Experience working with ERP systems.
