What You’ll Be Doing Perform compilation and review engagements for various business entities, including financial statement preparation. Conduct audits for small and medium-sized not-for-profit organizations. Participate in municipal audits, gather required information, and assist the audit supervisor/manager. Prepare financial statements and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Manage general ledgers, journal entries, and trial balances. Prepare and file GST/PST returns and T2 corporate tax returns for clients. Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and provide support. Who We’re Looking For Someone who is currently enrolled or planning to enroll in a CPA program. Minimum 1 year experience in an accounting, public practice is preferred. Brings strong analytical and problem-solving skills. A detail-oriented person with strong organizational skills. A team player attitude with a desire to support others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
