Role Description The Front Desk Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Squamish,, BC. This position is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing inquiries, and directing guests and team members to the appropriate contacts or locations. Daily tasks include handling reservations, maintaining an organized reception area, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and updating booking or scheduling systems as needed. The Front Desk Agent also supports administrative tasks, provides timely and professional customer service, and ensures that all front desk operations run smoothly in alignment with company standards. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Receptionist Duties, with a focus on professionalism and a welcoming demeanor. Excellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening. Experience managing Reservations, bookings, or scheduling systems with attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency with basic office software and tools (e.g., email, calendars, spreadsheets) and ability to learn new systems quickly. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Reliability and punctuality, with a commitment to maintaining consistent on-site presence in Burnaby, BC. Prior experience in front desk, hospitality, or office administration is an asset. High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage.
