Intern - Category Management Mississauga, ON / Full-time (Hybrid) Pay rate $20.90 - $24.20(per hour) Your Responsibilities Support the Category Business Management team in analyzing performance, generating insights, and executing initiatives that drive category growth, profitability, and effective go-to-market strategies. Work with Product Managers on new Product launches Update product specifications for brand websites and shops Upload assets to Content Management System Create translation requests Coordinate closely with the internal team and agencies Make sure all content are published in English and French Support category performance tracking through KPI monitoring (sell-in, sell-out, market share) and reporting Maintain and validate product specifications, ensuring accuracy across internal systems and customer-facing platforms Assist in the development and execution of brand and go-to-market initiatives, including product launches and promotions Support cross-functional coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure aligned category execution Contribute to competitive and market analysis to identify trends and support category positioning Assist with product content development, including digital assets and retailer requirements Provide operational support for assortment updates, pricing files, and promotional activities Participates in special projects as assigned Assists other departments (Sales) as needed Performs other duties as needed Your Profile High-School Diploma – Required Currently undergoing college or university program (Business/Marketing/Administration) 0-2 Years Experience (Website Administration) – Preferred Fluent in English (read, write, speak) Proficient in Microsoft Office Web search and image editing skills Ability to work independently and proactively towards stated goals Time management, ability to manage multiple projects Further information Please visit career.bsh-group.com and learn about what makes BSH a Top Employer!
