Role Description The Customer Service Specialist is a full-time, on-site role located in Calgary, AB. The specialist will assist customers with placing and modifying orders, ensuring accurate details and clear communication with production teams. Daily tasks include managing customer concerns, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining records of interactions and transactions. The role also includes coordinating with internal departments to ensure timely delivery, promoting a positive customer experience, and supporting overall service standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills, with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and efficiently. Candidates should possess skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, focusing on building long-term relationships and ensuring repeat business. Candidates should possess excellent Phone Etiquette and clear communication skills for handling calls and messages. Previous experience in retail, printing, or a similar customer-facing environment is beneficial. Ability to work on-site in Calgary, AB, manage multiple tasks, and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. Proficiency with basic computer applications, order entry systems, and email communication tools. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or administration is an asset.
