ServiceNow IT Asset Management Analyst

TAIDQ Analyst Mandatory Skills & Experience Technology & Governance • 7+ years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, CMDB, Asset Inventory Management, Application Governance, or Technology Operations. • Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and asset repositories. • Experience managing application inventory and technology asset data. • Knowledge of application ownership, support models, infrastructure dependencies, and technology governance processes. Data Management • Data quality assessment and remediation. • Data validation and reconciliation. • Metadata management. • Inventory completeness analysis. • Application portfolio reporting. Tools & Platforms • ServiceNow CMDB / Asset Management • JIRA • SharePoint • Microsoft Excel (advanced) • Power BI • Microsoft Office Suite Stakeholder Management • Strong communication and coordination skills. • Ability to work with senior Application Owners and Technology Leads. • Risk and issue management. • Executive status reporting and presentation skills. Preferred Experience • Banking and Financial Services technology environment. • Experience with enterprise application inventory repositories. • CMDB, Asset Management, or Application Portfolio Management initiatives. • Knowledge of application rationalization, ownership governance, and technology lifecycle management.

Manage application inventory and technology asset data while ensuring data quality through assessment and remediation. Coordinate with senior application owners and technology leads to provide executive status reporting and risk management.

Requires over 7 years of experience in Application Portfolio Management, CMDB, or technology operations. Proficiency in ServiceNow, JIRA, and advanced Excel is essential, with a preference for experience in banking and financial services.
