The Administrative Assistant provides daily support to the President, CEO, and Senior Leadership Team, including calendar management and travel coordination. They also assist with event planning, board meeting logistics, and the preparation of presentation materials.

FT Contact Centre Representative

The representative acts as the first point of contact for members requiring emergency roadside assistance, gathering critical details to initiate dispatch support. They are responsible for maintaining service excellence and collaborating with dispatchers and drivers to ensure prompt member support.

Emergency Roadside Services (ERS) Driver

Provide professional emergency roadside assistance including towing, battery services, and tire changes to CAA members. Act as a brand ambassador while safely operating fleet vehicles and utilizing company technology for dispatch.

Dispatcher

Coordinate and dispatch drivers for airport shuttles and charters while monitoring routes to ensure on-time performance. Provide professional support to drivers and passengers and maintain accurate operational records.

Part-Time Member Services Representative
