We are currently seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join us for the summer season as a full-time Duradek Estimator. This role is perfect for a student in business, construction, or a related field looking to gain valuable experience and earn great summer income. While an interest in construction is helpful, we are truly looking for someone with exceptional people skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a keen eye for detail – the Duradek knowledge we can teach! You'll be working closely with our experienced Sales Manager and General Manager. Drive company electric car to various sites; responsible for vehicle upkeep. Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships. Visually inspect decks and note conditions. Take detailed notes, measurements, and potentially photos of sites using company systems. Communicate consistently and clearly with the Sales Manager. 18+ years of age. Valid Alberta driver's license. Clean driver's abstract (no previous record). Construction or sales experience is a bonus but not required. Enjoys interacting with people and builds rapport easily. Responsible, self-motivated, and can work independently. Keen eye for detail and accuracy. Values clear and honest communication. Team player and willing to learn. The estimator is responsible for visiting various sites in a company vehicle to visually inspect decks and record detailed measurements and notes. They must provide excellent customer service and maintain clear communication with the Sales Manager.

Candidates must be 18 or older with a valid Alberta driver's license and a clean driving abstract. While construction or sales experience is a bonus, the role requires strong interpersonal skills and a high level of responsibility.
