The Senior Legal Counsel represents Canada Post in labor and employment litigation, specifically focusing on grievance defense related to terminations. Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Laws degree and be a member in good standing of the Barreau du Québec. A minimum of 5 years of experience as lead counsel in labor and employment litigation, particularly in grievance arbitration, is required.
