Summary:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Barista to lead our coffee team and ensure the highest quality of coffee and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee, excellent leadership skills, and a strong work ethic.Responsibilities: Manage and train a team of baristas to ensure consistent quality and customer service Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers Create and maintain a welcoming and clean coffee shop environment Manage inventory and ordering of coffee and supplies Develop and implement new coffee recipes and menu items Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Maintain equipment and perform regular maintenance and cleaning Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience as a Head Barista or similar role Excellent knowledge of coffee brewing methods and techniques Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
