We provide a diverse range of roles across many locations and a career where you can make a meaningful impact.</span></p><strong>THE ROLE</strong><p><span>As a Human Resources Manager, you are responsible for providing human resources functions at your location, including recruitment, payroll, pension and benefits, talent management, job evaluation, recognition and learning and development. You will investigate and analyze grievances and complaints and work with the business, employees and unions (if applicable) to identify sources of conflict and complaints and resolve them to ensure smooth business operations. You will also ensure compliance with the Health and Safety program. </span></p> <p><span>The Human Resources Manager will be asked to provide their operational perspective and expertise on new programs and policies that will impact employees and the business and to recommend improvements to existing programs, policies and processes. </span></p> <p><span>This is a hands-on role, working as a team with local management.
