THE ROLE As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to the Senior Manager, PSP and Deputy Manager, PSP such as data entry, word processing, faxing, photocopying, internal/external correspondence, distribution and follow-up action. You will organize meetings, advise attendees, draft and distribute agendas and minutes. The Administrative Assistant will organize the event calendar and process invoices and travel claims. You will also assist with administrative procedures, such as budget submissions and contract administration. This is a hands-on role, with lots of interaction with colleagues throughout the organization. If you are detailed oriented and organized, this is the opportunity for you!
