Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Tasks: Establish operational procedures. Plan and co-ordinate activities of housekeeping supervisors and crews. Supervise staff. Conduct performance evaluations and appraisals. Maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and uniforms. Schedule and assign duties of housekeeping staff. Respond to complaints of guests.
