If so, read on to find out more about the role We are searching for Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisors who are passionate about cuisine and enthusiastic about a total guest experience. You have a broad understanding of the day to day supervision of the Food & Beverage departments within the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park quick-serve locations which includes Loggers' Grill, Beary Waffles, and The Cabin. You help to ensure the best possible Food & Beverage experience for both Guests and Team Members at the park. In addition, you assist the Food & Beverage Manager in evaluating the value of the guest’s food & beverage experience and communicate any new ideas or concerns to assist in the development and implementation of Food & Beverage programs. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business. While performing the duties of this position, Team Members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time, occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20lbs, and occasionally may be required to lift & climb a step ladder or step stool. The wage for this role is $23.56 per hour. Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada. We are unable to support work permit applications. The F&B Supervisor oversees daily operations at quick-serve locations to ensure a high-quality guest experience. They also assist the F&B Manager in evaluating service standards and implementing new program ideas.

Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a food and beverage venue and possess Food Safe Level II and Serving it Right certifications. Applicants must be of legal drinking age and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
