If so, read on to find out more about the role We are searching for Food & Beverage (F&B) Supervisors who are passionate about cuisine and enthusiastic about a total guest experience. You have a broad understanding of the day to day supervision of the Food & Beverage departments within the Capilano Suspension Bridge Park quick-serve locations which includes Loggers' Grill, Beary Waffles, and The Cabin. You help to ensure the best possible Food & Beverage experience for both Guests and Team Members at the park. In addition, you assist the Food & Beverage Manager in evaluating the value of the guest’s food & beverage experience and communicate any new ideas or concerns to assist in the development and implementation of Food & Beverage programs. What You’ll Get Complimentary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and soda while on shift, when using your reusable cup 30% discount off regular-priced merchandise at The Trading Post Gift Store 30% discount at Stanley's Bar & Grill and Prospect Point Café 30% discount on food & beverage items in The Cliff House Restaurant, Loggers' Grill, Beary Waffles, and The Cabin (does not apply to alcohol) Guest passes for friends & family Referral bonuses Staff Transit Subsidy (30% for part-time members, 50% for full-time members) Employment & Family Assistance Program, offering five free online counselling sessions per topic for our staff Job Qualifications 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a similar Food & Beverage venue POS experience, knowledge of RTP system, an asset Food Safe Level II and Serving it Right certifications, an asset Must be of legal drinking age as supervising in licensed areas Can handle stressful situations and meet fluctuating and demanding needs Second Language is an asset Considerations The ideal candidate must be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions, as all our quick-serve venues are outdoors. Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of the business. While performing the duties of this position, Team Members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of time, occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20lbs, and occasionally may be required to lift & climb a step ladder or step stool. The wage for this role is $23.56 per hour. Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada. We are unable to support work permit applications. Exigences

Candidates must have 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience in a food and beverage venue and possess Food Safe Level II and Serving it Right certifications. Applicants must be of legal drinking age and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
