Warranty Technician

As a Warranty Technician, you are responsible for addressing homeowner warranty concerns and work collaboratively with construction team, sub-contractors, and trades. The Warranty Technician is responsible for addressing homeowner warranty concerns through visual inspections and hands-on repairs. They also coordinate with construction teams and sub-trades to ensure timely service.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in warranty or trades and possess a High School Diploma or GED. Knowledge of Ontario Building Codes and the Tarion Warranty program is required.
