Join us in making a positive impact in the lives of those we serve! *Job Description:* As a Dietary Aide, you will assist in food service & helping in the kitchen. You will work closely with the care team to help create a positive experience for our residents. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their workday and has a passion for contributing to the well-being of others. *Key Responsibilities:* * Assist in the preparation and serving of meals to residents in accordance with their dietary needs and preferences. * Ensure food is served in a safe, hygienic manner. * Clean and sanitize kitchen and dining areas. * Assist with setting up meal trays and deliver them to resident rooms. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in a similar support role, preferably in a long-term care or healthcare setting. * Valid food safety certificate (or willingness to obtain) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Ability to perform light lifting and physical tasks, such as moving laundry and food trays. * Ability to follow dietary and safety protocols in food preparation and cleaning.
