Your day-to-day will include: * *Clinical Support:* You will provide high-quality chairside assistance, anticipate clinical needs, and help create a smooth and comfortable treatment experience. * *Infection Control:* Maintain rigorous sterilization standards and treatment room readiness in strict alignment with provincial protocols. * *Patient Communication:* You will help patients feel informed and at ease by clearly explaining procedures and post-operative instructions within the scope of your role. * *Practice Organization:* Keep clinical areas organized, maintain charts/clinical notes, manage equipment maintenance, and assist with inventory ordering. * *Team Contribution:* You will help maintain the welcoming, supportive environment our patients and team value. *What We?re Looking For* * *Strong Communication Skills:* You communicate warmly and professionally and know how to help anxious patients feel more comfortable in the dental chair. * *A Team-First Approach:* You naturally take initiative and are willing to support your colleagues when needed, whether helping with sterilization or assisting with an occasional front-desk task. * *Willingness to Learn:* You are open to feedback, eager to continue developing your skills, and comfortable learning as part of a supportive team. * *Reliability:* You are dependable, punctual, and take pride in maintaining a clean, organized workspace. *Requirements & Qualifications* * Must be a *Certified/Licensed Dental Assistant (CDA)* authorized to practice in British Columbia. * *Required Certifications:* Must hold a valid BCCOHP license * *New graduates are highly encouraged to apply!* While previous experience with our specific procedures and software is a plus, we are absolutely willing to train the right person with the right attitude and an eagerness to learn.
