Personal Carers work under the direction of the registered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment with a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence. You will support customers with a variety of activities in their daily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing, food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship, lifestyle interests and reminiscence. There is a permanent part-time (Night Duty) position requiring 37.5 hours per fortnight between 10:30 PM and 6:30 AM and multiple casual positions available. Casual team members will need flexibility to work across a Monday to Sunday roster. What do you need for the role?
