Personal Carers work under the direction of the registered staff to meet the individual care needs of residents in an effective and holistic manner, ensuring a high standard of living is maintained in a pleasant, homelike environment with a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity and independence. You will support customers with a variety of activities in their daily lifestyle routines including home/room cleaning and clothing, food and dining experiences, social interaction and companionship, lifestyle interests and reminiscence. This position requires availability for morning, afternoon and night duty shifts. What do you need for the role? Personal Carers support residents in their daily lifestyle routines, ensuring a high standard of living in a homelike environment. They work under the direction of registered staff to meet individual care needs effectively and holistically.

Candidates must have a Certificate III in Aged/Community Care or equivalent qualifications and experience. Previous experience in a similar role is highly advantageous, along with strong communication skills and a willingness to work as part of a team.
