We are seeking a driven and collaborative Continuous Improvement Engineer to support continuous improvement initiatives across Carlisle divisions. This role partners closely with global and divisional COS leadership teams to drive operational excellence, employee engagement, and measurable business results across manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate will help improve plant safety, on-time delivery, product quality, cost management, and operational performance through Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support the division’s COS journey and foster a culture of continuous improvement * Analyze current operations using Value Stream Mapping, gap analysis, and Lean tools * Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and improvement initiatives * Coach and train employees and leaders on COS principles and Lean methodologies * Implement and sustain programs such as 5S, SQDC Visual Management, TPM, and Idea Systems * Partner with plant leadership to align operational excellence strategies with business goals * Establish measurable standards and ensure sustainability of improvements * Mentor plant COS champions and support steering committee activities QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field required * Minimum 2 years of relevant manufacturing, operations, or continuous improvement experience * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies * Lean Certification or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt preferred * Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and leadership skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ADDITIONAL INFORMATION * Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM * Occasional overtime and weekend work required * Travel requirement: 50%–80% throughout the year If you are passionate about operational excellence and driving meaningful change in manufacturing environments, we encourage you to apply today. #LI-EM1
