As a Junior Funds Paralegal, You'll Work To Prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents (transfer agreements, consents, subscription agreements) Liaise with transfer parties on process and timings, and assist with execution workflows Work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals, contributing to high-quality client delivery across fast-moving, high-volume matters Build commercial and legal expertise over time, with opportunities to take ownership of client accounts and progress towards qualification as a practicing legal professional. The Junior Funds Paralegal will prepare initial drafts of LP transfer documents and coordinate execution workflows with transfer parties. They will work closely with lawyers and senior paralegals to deliver high-quality legal services for high-volume private capital matters.

Candidates should be organized self-starters with strong communication skills and a desire to grow in legal practice. An undergraduate law degree or equivalent is preferred, and prior exposure to LP transfer processes is a plus.
