The R&D Project Manager will lead development and optimization studies for corrugated cardboard manufacturing processes to improve performance. They will also provide technical expertise to resolve production issues and coordinate laboratory analysis for new equipment and technology trials. Candidates must hold a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant scientific field and possess at least 10 years of experience, ideally in the pulp and paper packaging sector. Strong project management skills, proficiency in statistical software like JMP, and deep knowledge of corrugated manufacturing processes are required.
