Manage slot machine reservations and promote casino initiatives. Coach and mentor employees and create an engaging work environment. Manage schedules as required. Work in compliance with internal controls, company policies and procedures and/or provincial lottery/ gaming policies and procedures. Manage or report any violations and escalate to the appropriate level as necessary. Acquire and maintain a knowledge of all slot operations policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned based on operational needs. Maintain knowledge of all slot operations policies and procedures. Coach and mentor employees and create an engaging work environment. What You Bring Minimum two years of supervisory experience, casino/ hospitality industry preferred. Post-secondary education or a combination of education and experience an asset. Experience handling cash and working with the public. Superior customer service and people management skills. Extensive knowledge of slot machine functions is an asset. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to obtain a license from IGCO. SIR certification. A willingness to develop new skills and stay on top of the latest industry news and insights.
