Sales Representative – Powersports | $120K–$150K+ Earning Potential Central Sled & Cycle is hiring a driven, competitive Sales Representative to join our team in Wetaskiwin, Alberta. Our top salespeople can earn $20,000+ in strong months, and we’re looking for someone who wants the opportunity to perform at that level. This is an opportunity for someone who wants more than just another sales job. We operate in a high-volume environment, represent some of the biggest names in powersports, and have built a sales and finance process that performs at a national level. In 2025, Central Sled & Cycle was the #1 Retail Finance Performer in Canada. What We're Looking For We care more about drive, attitude, and sales ability than simply checking boxes on a resume. You don’t necessarily need powersports experience. We’re interested in people who are: Competitive Confident Strong communicators Consistent with follow-up Comfortable working leads and building their own pipeline Motivated by performance and commission Coachable and hungry to improve Comfortable asking for the sale Experience in automotive, powersports, RV, equipment, finance, telecom, or another commission-driven sales environment is a strong asset. A valid Class 5 driver’s licence is required.
