The role involves designing and developing plans and specifications for HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems across commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors. Responsibilities also include estimating construction costs, conducting technical surveys, and supervising construction work. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Building Engineering and be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) with at least 2 years of experience. Proficiency in French is required, while Revit skills and LEED accreditation are considered assets.
