About Us Citadel Fence is a growing fence contracting company delivering high-quality residential and commercial fencing solutions across New Brunswick. Our team takes pride in craftsmanship, exceptional customer service, and building long-term client relationships. As we continue to expand, we are seeking an experienced Regional Manager based in Moncton, New Brunswick to lead our growth and operations in the region. The Role This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to help shape the growth and development of our organization. The Regional Manager will work closely with existing operations staff to drive market growth as we continue to expand across New Brunswick, and will be responsible for the overall performance of Citadel Fence's operations in the region, reporting directly to the President. The ideal candidate brings experience in a contracting environment along with strong business development acumen, and understands how to build relationships and grow a contracting business like Citadel Fence. Key Responsibilities Research market conditions, competitor activity, and growth opportunities across New Brunswick to guide business development strategy Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with clients, builders, and other regional stakeholders through proactive check-ins and consistent follow-up Prepare and present estimates, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms to close new business Apply job costing principles to ensure estimates and proposals are priced accurately and profitably Collaborate with operations and crews to ensure sales commitments align with delivery capacity Partner with the Operations Manager to align scheduling and project execution with client commitments Uphold consistent installation quality and a high standard of customer satisfaction Oversee vendor relationships, materials procurement, and inventory management to keep crews supplied and projects on schedule Ensure compliance with safety standards and applicable building codes across all installations Partner with the President on budgeting, forecasting, and regional business planning Represent Citadel Fence within the New Brunswick business community and relevant industry associations Qualifications 10+ years of experience in contracting and market development, ideally in construction, fencing, or landscaping Prior experience leading or supervising a team of project-based professionals Proven ability to build and manage a sales pipeline alongside operational execution Strong financial acumen, including budgeting and forecasting Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Comfortable working with both residential and commercial customers Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout New Brunswick Experience with estimating, blueprints, or site measurements is an asset Experience with job costing and pricing estimates for profitability Familiarity with the New Brunswick construction or contracting market is an asset Proficiency with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is an asset Familiarity with CRM or business management software (e.g., LMN) for managing sales pipelines, job costing, and client relationships is an asset Compensation & Benefits We invest in our people so they can focus on growing the business: Competitive salary commensurate with experience Company vehicle and fuel card Company phone and laptop provided, so you're set up from day one 3 weeks paid vacation to recharge RSP matching to help you invest in your future Comprehensive group health and dental benefits Real career growth as we expand across New Brunswick Why Join Us?
