Responsibilities Lead and inspire landscaping crew Work alongside leaders using tools like 5 Ton dump trucks, trailers, quick-cut saws, blowers and general power tools. Tasks such as interlocking, laying flagstone, retaining walls, decking and fencing among other things. Engage with customers to address landscaping issues. Foster team spirit. Ensure health & safety compliance. Ensure quality work on time and within budget by completing tasks effectively. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (required) Preferred knowledge in hardscape projects, interlock and stone installation, equipment operation, and grading. Skilled in leadership, problem-solving, multitasking, independent decision-making, and reporting job site activities, including material, hours, and incidents Able to lift or move over 50 pounds.
