Full-Time Golf Course Mechanic - RattleSnake Point Golf Club

RattleSnake Point Golf Club is Hiring! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Golf Course Mechanic to join our Turf Operations team at RattleSnake Point Golf Club. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the operational efficiency of our golf course equipment, ensuring a top-tier experience for our members and guests. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on golf course equipment, including but not limited to mowers, tractors, and utility vehicles. Conduct thorough inspections to identify and diagnose mechanical issues promptly. Execute engine repairs, and demonstrate proficiency in reel grinding. Collaborate with the groundskeeping team to ensure equipment is in optimal condition for daily course maintenance. Prioritize and manage tasks efficiently, demonstrating a sense of urgency to minimize downtime. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance schedules. Monitor inventory levels of spare parts and equipment, providing input for procurement while adhering to budgetary guidelines. Keep all tools and service equipment in safe and working order. Qualifications Experience in engine repair, hydraulic systems, electrical systems and reel grinding. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
