About the Role: We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Wholesale Coordinator to support Clutch's Canadian wholesale operation. In this role, you'll own the day-to-day administration of wholesale, dealer, and export transactions — from confirming vehicle availability to ensuring clean documentation and smooth pickups. You'll be a key operational link between our internal teams, dealer partners, and auction platforms What you’ll do: Manage titles and ownerships end-to-end — work with eBlock, Openlane, and other auctions on title flow for returned and resold units, investigate missing-title cases with accounting and the admin team, and unblock held funds by resolving title issues quickly Own the BOS and dealer deal close-out process — prepare and send bills of sale for wholesale transactions, then verify payment confirmation, signed BOS, and confirmed pickup before marking deals complete Maintain the wholesale margin tracker — keep the margin tracker current and accurate so the team always has a clean, real-time view of wholesale performance Coordinate lane audits — run periodic lane audits at 3rd party lots and partner auction lots to reconcile physical inventory against system records and flag discrepancies Administer wholesale plates, insurance, and equipment — assign and track wholesale plates for shuttle drivers, coordinate annual insurance renewals, and maintain the equipment tracker for phones, eSIMs, scanners, vests, and related gear across capture and shuttle teams We’re looking for: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail — you catch what others miss Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal Experience with data management tools (Airtable or similar) is an asset Automotive or wholesale industry experience is a plus, but not required Self-starter who takes ownership and follows through This role requires 100% on-site work at our Mississauga facility located at 3350 Wolfedale Rd Employment Type: Existing, Permanent Full-Time Compensation & Benefits: Wage: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour Benefits: Comprehensive benefits plans include healthcare, dental care, vision care, prescriptions, life insurance and dependent coverage; start from day 1.
