YOUR ROLE Ensure accurate and timely processing to maximize margin and revenue. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values. WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? Develop and maintain excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Ensure accurate and timely processing to maximize margin and revenue. Coordinate rating, auditing and billing functions. Research and resolve data entry problems. Correct billing errors. Manifest charter bills. Update customer lists. Ensure data entry staff is up to date with policies and procedures. Enter bills by service level. Perform other duties as assigned. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
